What career growth opportunities are available?
We are committed to helping our employees reach their full potential. Platinum offers reimbursement for classes towards a degree, or an industry certification program related to your job. Reimbursement for certifications requires pre-approval by Human Resources and must be completed using the employee’s own time. Up to $5,250 annually for a degree program or up to $2,500 annually for a Certificate program.

Yes, we offer employees up to $500 for new hire referrals that stay with Platinum for 90 days or more.
Do you get all federal holidays off?
Yes, you get all paid 11 holidays. Platinum employees also get two weeks PTO and 7 sick days.
